As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer on the Vault Platform, you will ensure scalable, reliable enterprise apps for a global customer base. You will work with Java and modern open‑source tech, shaping production reliability and performance across regions. You’ll lead incident response, automate toil away, and collaborate with product, design, and QA to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions. - Build cloud infrastructure from scratch following software development best practices
- Drive reliability and scalability to meet needs of hundreds of global customers
- Lead incident management and participate in on‑call rotations
- Automate tooling to reduce manual work and shorten issue resolution
- Develop full‑stack diagnostics to identify root causes of production issues
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable solutions and influence feature decisions

- 5+ years of Java development experience
- Operational experience in high‑volume/critical production environments
- Proven ability to write clean, testable code

- 3+ years with relational databases and advanced SQL
