Overview
As a Process Architect, you will lead the shift from document-centric to data-centric validation within Veeva Validation Management. You’ll translate legacy processes into normalized data ecosystems and guide customers through digitalization of validation workflows. This role combines hands-on data migration with advisory duties to ensure scalable, compliant implementations. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements in validation performance and customer outcomes, in a flexible, work-anywhere environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Collaborate with customers to translate legacy Word-based requirements into structured Vault data models
- Ensure metadata alignment across the full validation lifecycle
- Perform bulk data loads and manage staged data for workshops and exercises
- Advise customers on best practices for importing and using Validation Management for digital workflows
- Build and maintain libraries of digital records and examples for implementation templates
- Develop and own tooling/methodologies to migrate and manage data across Vault environments
- Deliver billable project work across service tiers from artifact mapping to large deployments
- Partner with strategy, services, and business consulting to deliver exceptional customer experiences in validation processes across systems and equipment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in life sciences validation with deep CSV/A and CQV lifecycle understanding for facilities, utilities, and manufacturing equipment
- Experience in customer-facing consulting or billable professional services with ability to lead workshops and advise executives
- Experience mapping complex processes to standardized data languages to enable paperless validation models
- Strong knowledge of risk-based qualification and standards like ASTM E2500, ISPE Baseline Guides, Annex 15
- Proficiency in bulk data loading tools and data integrity in cloud platforms
- Strong analytical skills to identify data/configuration gaps between legacy data and templates
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioengineering, Electrical, or related technical field)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% (typical ~15%)
