Overview
In this role, you serve as the product evangelist for Veeva RIM, focusing on Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing. You translate regulatory needs into product ideas and roadmap input, educate customers, and advocate for improvements based on real-world regulatory experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate value and guide releases, while shaping the customer narrative in Europe and across time zones.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Be the subject matter expert for Veeva RIM, with emphasis on Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing use cases
- Stay current with features and roadmap and communicate future directions
- Educate customers in communities and forums, and communicate product value
- Engage with stakeholders to convey roadmap and vision
- Contribute to best practices and recommendations for the RIM suite
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize feedback into problem statements for roadmap and release planning
- Collaborate with Product teams to develop content and resources for releases
- Provide cross-functional support to Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years in regulatory life sciences (Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or related)
- 3+ years in consulting, solution consulting, support, or business liaison roles
- Experience with RIM applications and processes (document management, submission building, publishing, archiving)
- Ability to translate customer needs into problem statements for both business and technical stakeholders
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate for end users and business teams
- Experience interacting with business users, IT, and executives, in-person and remote
- Strong analytical and English communication skills (written, verbal, presentations)
- Self-directed, proactive team player
- Willingness to travel up to 15%, including to the USA
- Based in Europe (time zone flexibility)
