Overview
In this role you act as the bridge between pharmacovigilance challenges and Veeva’s cloud solutions, guiding customers toward a unified Vault Safety platform. You will collaborate with Account Executives to move clients from legacy systems to a modern PV suite, shaping demonstrations and proposals. You’ll build trusted relationships with PV stakeholders, lead workshops and RFPs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. This opportunity blends expert domain knowledge with hands-on solution delivery in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Analyze customer challenges and design PV process improvements using Vault Safety
- Configure and deliver tailored presentations and value-based demos
- Identify opportunities to replace manual PV processes with Veeva solutions
- Build deep relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and run workshops and proofs of concepts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Support marketing activities through videos, webinars, and conferences
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end Pharmacovigilance processes
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Technical curiosity with cloud/SaaS awareness
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel 20-30% (EU)
