We are expanding our team in multiple sunny locations across Europe and are looking for dedicated, motivated, and skilled French-speaking individuals to join us. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Representative : Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Content Moderator : Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms, ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary. Requirements: Language Skills : French (C2 level) and intermediate English (B2 level). Problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory.
