What You'll Do
Review, audit, and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules
Analyze user behavior and apply nuanced social media policies
Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business critical issues
Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience
Maintain high quality reporting according to established protocols
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2)
At least 6 months of relevant experience
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast paced environment
Critical reasoning, multitasking, and effective communication skills
Fast learner with a diligent work ethic
