Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Payroll Specialist to join our team in Osnabrück. As a German Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our clients based in Germany. Your main goal will be to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for multiple clients using German payroll software.
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to relevant authorities in compliance with German labor laws and regulations.
  • Calculate and process employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage employee records and ensure all payroll data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in German labor laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in German payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.
  • Experience with German payroll software, such as DATEV or SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.

Contract Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Osnabrück, Germany. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
