German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor (Inbound)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | On-Site (Hybrid available after 4 months based on performance)

About the Role

Join a leading customer support team supporting a prestigious Swiss telecommunications company. You'll assist customers via inbound calls, resolve inquiries, provide product and billing support, and identify sales opportunities while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer support calls in German
  • Resolve billing, product, and technical inquiries
  • Update customer information in internal systems
  • Escalate complex cases when required
  • Identify sales opportunities and maximize customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • C2 German proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Minimum B1 English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, between 09:00–22:00)
  • Willing to work on-site (hybrid option available after 4 months based on KPIs)
  • EU citizenship is required. Unfortunately, applicants who do not hold EU citizenship are not eligible for this position. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
