We are looking for a motivated German-speaking digital marketing professional to join our onboarding team in Barcelona. In this role, you will guide new clients through the setup of their first online advertising campaigns, helping them grow their business through strategic consultation. You will manage a high volume of clients, identify their goals, and boost campaign success through upselling and optimization.

What We\’re Looking For

• Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or digital marketing (sales experience alone is sufficient)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong analytical mindset and goal-oriented attitude
• BA/BS degree preferred

What We Offer

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday (39 hours/week)
• Hybrid working model in Barcelona
• Competitive salary: €24,000 + €4,000 bonus
