Due to our international expansion, we are seeking a Sales Executive B2B based in our sales branch in Freiberg am Neckar (Germany) to develop the business in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and manage the entire sales cycle to close new business through prospection, cold calling, business trips, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Foster customer service relationships with clients to generate future sales opportunities.
- Champion company products by demonstrating product-specific knowledge.
- Achieve sales goals by following proven processes and developing new ones.
- Fill in the CRM with all your commercial efforts.
- Represent the company in exhibitions and trade fairs (as a visitor or exhibitor).
- Other sales tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar).
- B2B Sales Experience of 1 to 2 years, especially in green-fields and sectors such as pharmaceutical or food.
- Driving license class B is mandatory.
- High level of English.
- High level of German.
- Flexibility to travel frequently (minimum 50% of the time).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
