Internal Sales Trainer - Remote (English + Spanish)

With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a supportive and engaging remote Internal Sales Trainer (English with Spanish) to strengthen our international sales team. • Develop and conduct internal training sessions (remote)

• Support ongoing skill development and performance improvement for experienced sales staff

• Create engaging training materials and documentation

• Observe sales calls and provide constructive feedback

• Inspire confidence and motivation within the team

• Identify individual strengths and development areas and tailor training accordingly

• Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and best practices

• Help build a positive, supportive learning culture

• Proven experience as a trainer or sales coach

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English + Spanish(C2)

• Supportive personality with high empathy and the ability to connect easily with people

• Strong sales mindset and understanding of sales processes

• Confident, engaging presenter with a sense of humour

• Organized and accurate, able to structure training clearly

• Ability to motivate and bring out the best in others

• Skilled at giving constructive, encouraging feedback

• Experience in sales, training, coaching, or onboarding roles

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training needs
