We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead our business controlling and performance reporting activities. In this role, you will work closely with our CEO on business and sales performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze performance reports, forecasts and management information.
- Monitor sales performance, marketing metrics and other key business performance indicators.
- Analyze sales performance, including revenue development, individual performance and KPI tracking.
- Provide regular commercial and marketing reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
- Work closely with the CEO and relevant department heads, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of business data and reporting.
- Identify trends, discrepancies and correlations within complex datasets and investigate their underlying causes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc business and performance analysis as required.
- Continuously improve reporting, controlling processes and data quality.
- Take ownership of assigned controlling activities and ensure reliable and timely delivery of reports and analyses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, business analysis, performance management or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and process large volumes of data.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas and working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and business performance.
- Experience with sales performance analysis, reporting and data-driven business analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to identify patterns, discrepancies and trends and translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- A proactive, dependable and hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
