Feedback Partners — AI Platform for Distressed Property & Judicial Auctions (Germany)
VendueTech (BidsaleTM) · Remote, Germany · 60-minute interview Interviews will be conducted: 24 August – 2 September 2026, Language: English only
The programme
We're setting up a beta testing programme to understand the pain points and opportunities in the German distressed-property market properly — so that what we build fits how this work actually gets done, rather than how we assume it does.
The programme has two parts: a conversation about your experience of this market, and a look at the platform we're building.
We are building BidsaleTM, an AI legal-intelligence platform for Europe's distressed-property and judicial-auction market. It turns fragmented court files, cadastral records, Grundbuch entries and auction notices into verified, explainable property intelligence — so an asset can be assessed in hours instead of weeks.
Germany runs around 20,000 judicial auctions a year, and more than 80% of European foreclosure proceedings attract no third-party bidder. The assets aren't the problem; the information is. We're building for the people who work around that every day.
What we're looking for
Beta testers who have researched, evaluated or bid on a distressed or judicial-auction property in Germany in the last 12 months, and who were personally involved in the sourcing, due diligence, valuation, legal review or bidding decision.
We're recruiting across four kinds of background:
NPL, workout and collateral recovery — you manage non-performing loan portfolios, workout cases or collateral disposal at a bank, credit servicer or asset-management company. Titles like Leiter Workout, Sanierung & Abwicklung, NPL Portfolio Manager, Immobilienverwertung, Kreditrisikomanagement.
Distressed and special-situations investment — you source and underwrite discounted real estate for a fund, asset manager or family office. Investment Manager, Head of Acquisitions, Portfolio Manager Special Situations, Asset Manager Opportunistic.
Insolvency administration and auction law — you handle insolvency estates or Zwangsversteigerung files in practice. Insolvenzverwalter, Zwangsverwalter, Fachanwalt für Insolvenzrecht, Fachanwalt für Bau- und Immobilienrecht, Restrukturierungsbeauftragter.
Professional buying and brokerage — you work the auction calendar directly. Investment brokers, Bestandshalter, Projektentwickler and buyer-operators doing anything from five to fifty auction deals a year.
Cross-border investors buying into Germany are equally welcome.
Interviews are conducted in English.
What's involved
A 60-minute video call during the week of 24 August – 2 September, at a time that suits you. Most of it is your experience: we'll ask you to walk us through the last deal you looked at — how you found it, what the homework involved, what nearly went wrong. Then we'll show you the platform and hear what you make of it.
No sales follow-up. Critical feedback is the useful kind.
Beta testers who want to carry on from there get early access and direct input into what we build next.
What you get
- Early access to the platform ahead of commercial launch
- Direct influence on a platform being built
To apply
Send your short CV, clearly explaining your background and roughly how many auction or distressed deals you looked at in the past year.
If you know someone who fits better than you do, please pass it on.
