Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy Development & Client Advisory : Collaborate with clients to design and implement AI strategies that align with their business goals, while ensuring adherence to key regulations such as the EU AI Act and GDPR. Address complex challenges with cutting-edge approaches, including Foundation Models and Adversarial ML.
- Governance Frameworks & Strategic Roadmaps : Define governance structures and develop strategic roadmaps to operationalize AI solutions. Ensure scalability, compliance, and long-term value creation.
- Leadership & Workshop Facilitation : Lead client workshops to assess AI readiness, identify strategic opportunities, and co-create actionable plans. Take ownership of strategic AI projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Regulatory & Market Insights : Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and market trends to provide clients with forward-looking advice. Scout for emerging technologies and align them with client needs.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation : Contribute to the growth of the consultancy’s AI practice by exploring advanced topics such as Generative AI Governance and AI-enabled business transformation. Publish articles, speak at industry events, and mentor junior team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Partnerships : Build relationships with key stakeholders and foster collaborations to position AI as a core business enabler.
Your Background
- Educational Foundation : A degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business analytics, with advanced studies (Master’s or PhD) being highly valued.
- Strategic Expertise : Minimum 2 years of experience in AI strategy consulting or a related role; 5-8 years for senior positions. Proven success in delivering strategic projects is essential.
- Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of frameworks like the EU AI Act, GDPR, and AI governance standards, paired with insights into the ethical and societal implications of AI adoption.
- Technical Acumen : Familiarity with modern AI technologies, software architecture, and analytics tools, enabling you to bridge technical and strategic conversations.
