Задачи
- Take full ownership of client delivery projects from planning through go-live
- Manage client projects end-to-end
- Plan timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, and changing priorities
- Track project budgets, hours consumption, and other delivery indicators
- Manage clients and stakeholders
- Make independent decisions and maintain ownership of project delivery
Требования
- 4+ Years of experience in Project Management or Delivery Management
- Proven experience managing client projects end-to-end
- Strong project planning skills
- Experience tracking project budgets, hours consumption, or other delivery indicators
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership and independence in decision-making
- English B2+
- Nice to have: experience in ERP, CRM, IT consulting, software implementation, or system integration
- experience working in a start-up or scaling company
- experience managing several projects in parallel
- experience with Odoo or another ERP platform
- good understanding of project economics and profitability in a service-based company
