Job Summary
The Labor Relations Specialist is the frontline responder to workplace issues who handles day-to-day employee concerns, conducts investigations into complaints, and supports the development and implementation of policies.
Essential Functions and Tasks
- Assists in developing and cascading of policies and code of discipline to employees.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations by promoting open communication channels, addressing employee concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and objective findings and resolutions.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders on employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and issue memorandums as required to address issues and concerns that pertain to resolving specific incidents as reported by employees or management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Graduate of BS Psychology / Human Resources Management or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in The Labor Code of The Philippines.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and HR policies.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to handle and resolve conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Proficient in conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing accurate and concise reports.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
