As the Epic Trips Brand Director, you’ll be at the helm of this exciting brand, driving its growth and shaping its future. If you’re a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for travel and digital product, we’d love to hear from you!
You’ll work alongside a talented team of Directors, each leading their own brand, and have the full support of Ventura TRAVEL’s specialized departments to bring your vision for Epic Trips to life.
On a daily basis you will
- Lead the development of the AI-powered Epic Trips digital product, shaping its strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product integration.
- Ensure the product meets customer needs and remains competitive in the market.
- Monitor key performance indicators like Revenue, Rebooking Rate, and conversion rates.
- Oversee marketing efforts to maximize ROI and improve SEO.
- Build partnerships with suppliers such as hotels, airlines, and car rental companies.
- Negotiate favorable rates and ensure seamless API integration of booked services.
- Manage the Epic Trips budget effectively, balancing growth and profitability.
