In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by managing procurement, logistics, and administrative tasks. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnter purchase orders into our ERP system (LATIS, Oracle JD Edwards). /li liTrack and expedite purchased equipment to ensure timely delivery. /li liProvide logistics support, including shipping and customs clearance. /li liMaintain and update the Health and Safety database. /li liAssist with general administration and accounting tasks. /li liHandle reception duties, including answering calls and managing mail. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbYour Profile: /b /p ul liCompleted apprenticeship in a technical or commercial field (required). /li liHigher education is a plus but not mandatory. /li liStrong organizational and time management skills. /li liWillingness to learn and understand technical and commercial processes. /li liFluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written).
