Job Descriptionbr/br/pstrongSOVAG (Sonderabfallverwertungs-AG) /strong is a Swiss subsidiary of the Veolia Group that specializes in the management, collection, and disposal of special and hazardous waste. /ppWithin this entoty, the VIE will be a business partner of operations, working closely with the CFO, accounting and invoicing teams. The VIE will be based in Basel, with occasional travels to other sites (mainly the region of Luzern). /p pstrongHis/her main responsibilities will be as follows: /strong /pullipPerform analysis of monthly financial performance and explain the main variances versus last year and budget. /p /lilipSupport to develop dashboard and KPIs, for both finance and operations. /p /lilipEnsure monthly reporting to the Veolia Group and associated analysis. /p /lilipSupport follow-up of Capex. /p /lilipParticipate in the improvement of finance processes and formalisation of procedures. /p /lilipWork on ad-hoc missions with CFO. /p /li /ulbrQualificationsbr/br/ullipstrongEducation /strong /p /li /ulpBachelor or Master in accounting/management/ controlling/economic sciences. /ppA first experience of 2 years in audit, consulting, or more generally in the finance team of an industrial company would be a plus. /pullipstrongIT /strong /p /li /ulpStrong Excel knowledge, proficient in Word and PowerPoint or Google Suite, knowledge of SAP is a plus. /pullipstrongSkills /strong /p /li /ulpRigor, reliability, capacity to adapt to changes, team player, results oriented, dependable, able to take initiatives. /pullipstrongLanguages /strong /p /li /ulpFluent in German and English, French is a plus /pbr/br/Additional Informationbr/br/pstrongWhy join us? /strongBe part of a forward-thinking team focused on ecological transformation.
