A great opportunity for a HR Service Partner / HR Coordinator to be part of a newly established HR shared services team, providing broad, remote HR support to thousands of associates within a leading global technology organization.
The role has a 90% focus on Germany and will suit a HR Coordinator / HR Services Specialist with 2-5 years\‘ experience across the whole employee lifecycle, fluent German & advanced English, who enjoys working in a highly professional and structured environment (case management system, Workday HRIS etc) and is results-focused and process oriented.
The role can either be conducted 100% remotely anywhere in Germany, or if preferred, you can work in a hybrid manner if you\’re based close to our offices in Dusseldorf or Berlin.

WITHIN YOUR TEAM:
The HR Service Partner provides first level support around employee relations, handles the major HR processes in the employee’s lifecycle (hires, leavers, transfers, promotions, organizational and job changes) including employee files (offer letters, contracts, agreements), maintenance of HR Information Systems (“HRIS”) and ad hoc reporting. As HR Service Partner you also support leave of absences, time and attendance and you work closely with the Payroll team.
THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Join the Veralto HR journey of building one team of HR Service Partners across EMEA by streamlining the HR associate life cycle processes across all of Veralto’s operating companies, implementing best practices, and being part of a team of around 23 HR professionals in EMEA.
WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Be part of the EMEA HR Service Partner team, focusing mainly on Germany
- Be the first line of contact as part of employee relations that includes queries on vacation planning, leave of absence, employee’s compensation and benefits and any other employee queries coming to HR, which you will answer independently, or forward to the relevant HR experts in Europe.
- Take the leading HR role for the associate preboarding and offboarding process:
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners in support of all associate process changes (hires, leavers, transfers, promotions, organizational and job changes), preparing required documents and execute on administrative tasks like gathering (digital and wet) signatures and updating personnel files.
- Timely data input in Workday (HRIS) and maintenance of full associate lifecycle with a high level of data integrity and accuracy. This includes new hire information, termination, details of employees, updating organizational structure changes, job titles, salary increases, and other personnel-related data
- You support the HR Business Partners through the reporting activities within standard cycles like performance for growth, development for growth, engagement cycle, etc.
- Contribute to various ad hoc HR projects and tasks, such as HR improvement projects (Kaizens and Problem-Solving Processes initiatives). This can be on a country level, but also cross-regional or globally depending on the scope of the project.
- Interact with Payroll partners as part of the monthly payroll activities by updating of related HRIS, sharing hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes in a timely and accurate manner.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- An HR or Business Administration qualification and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position in order to be able to deliver high quality HR support for our employees and people leaders.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Results-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Able to operate effectively as a member of a wider HR function, building strong and productive relationships within the HR function and across the organisation.
- Fluent in German language (at least C1 or above) and proficient in English language, any additional European languages are welcomed.
