Overview
Join Verda, a company building next-generation cloud infrastructure for AI workloads.
We are scaling rapidly across multiple dimensions, including GPU cloud computing, large-scale data centers, platform tooling, and AI services.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to identify and remove bottlenecks that emerge at scale and to lead cross-functional programs and process improvements.
We operate with low hierarchy, high ownership, and a strong bias for action.
Responsibilities
- Identify and remove technical, operational, and organizational bottlenecks.
- Lead large cross-functional programs and design/improve processes.
- Take a hands-on approach when necessary and use data and metrics to understand inefficiencies.
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress.
- Coordinate across teams, support critical projects, and create scalable operating practices.
Qualifications
- Experience as a TPM or in a similar role.
- Strong technical foundation and proven leadership in large programs.
- Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and ability to operate in fast environments.
- Proactive ownership and ability to balance short-term and long-term goals.
- Nice to have
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, HPC, or AI infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Git Lab CI, Linux, Grafana, Prometheus, Postgre SQL, Ansible, Salt, or similar technologies.
