Job description
The team is organised into two highly collaborative sub-teams: Project Management and Coverage. The Project Management team, which you will be part of, consists of seven professionals based in Stockholm, Munich and London. The team works across the full investor relations lifecycle, with responsibility for fundraising materials, investor due diligence, communications, reporting and key investor events.
Your responsibilities
- Marketing materials: Contribute to the creation, refinement and maintenance of investor-facing materials, including pitch decks and fundraising materials.
- Due diligence: Assist in drafting responses to investor due diligence questionnaires and help maintain the firm’s centralised database of standard answers.
- Investor communications: Support the preparation of written communications for investors, including updates on new investments, exits and other key milestones.
- Events: Contribute to the preparation of materials and coordination of logistics for major investor events, such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and LP Advisory Committee (LPAC) meetings.
In addition, you will gain exposure to broader Investor Relations processes, including quarterly reporting, co-investment coordination and ad-hoc investor requests, and work closely with colleagues across Verdane.
Your profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree
- Relevant internship experience in the financial sector (minimum 6 months), for example in Private Equity, Investment Banking, a Placement Agent, Asset Management or financially focused Consulting
- Comfortable using AI tools and digital technologies to support research, content creation and process efficiency; experience working with data is a strong advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English; German or a Nordic language is an advantage
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to take ownership, prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a large, international and decentralised team
You are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a strong attention to detail and a high standard for your work. You enjoy working collaboratively but are equally comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently. You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and bring a pragmatic, can-do attitude to your work

Love what we do: We are genuinely committed and passionately curious, entrepreneurial in spirit and deed – the best idea wins.
