The role will be a part of our fast-growing Legal team and will report to our Group Head Procurement Counsel. /p pThis is a varied role in which the Group Procurement Legal Counsel will work alongside specialist legal colleagues in IP, Data Privacy, AI, Innovation and Compliance. The successful person will work closely with the Group Procurement and Technology team, as well as Quality Assurance, Marketing, IT, Finance and HR. /p pThe person will be expected to have immediate impact. This track record exemplifies our commitment to fostering professional development and creating a supportive environment for career progression within the legal team. /p pJoin us to become one of us – business enablers and essential contributors to sustainable business growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pbResponsibilities will include: /b /p ul liPartnering with the Group Procurement and Technology teams to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial supplier agreements, from routine contracts to high-value and complex transactions. /li liWorking cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure that the contractual terms are compliant with legal, regulatory, company policies and risk preferences while driving the best commercial outcomes across the Group. /li liProviding commercial legal advice and supporting stakeholders in relation to supplier relationships, contract performance and new business initiatives generally, providing timely, pragmatic and solution-oriented advice. /li liWorking with the Group Head Procurement Counsel to streamline and standardize the contracting process, including developing contracting templates, guidelines, processes and best practices. /li /ul h3Candidate profile /h3 h3Experiences and Qualifications /h3 pThe candidate must be a qualified lawyer with a demonstrable knowledge, experience and interest in commercial contracting.
