Overview
As Tech Lead at Verity, you guide a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver end-to-end inventory insight solutions, from edge data capture to client-facing analytics. You’ll own architectural decisions, drive the technical roadmap, and mentor colleagues to ship high-quality, data-driven outcomes. You work closely with product and clients to translate real-world problems into impactful AI-powered capabilities. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership to scale our platform and culture.

- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver end-to-end inventory insight solutions, from edge data collection to client analytics.
- Coach and empower the team to ensure sustainable, high-quality delivery.
- Engage with clients on-site and on calls to translate needs into technically viable problems.
- Contribute hands-on to design and development of solutions turning raw inventory data into actionable intelligence.
- Own the architecture and technical roadmap for components and ensure smooth integration with platform and other teams.
- Foster a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
