Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead infrastructure projects and contribute to our company\’s growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring project progress.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with relevant industry experience. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools are essential for this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or Asana.
