Position Overview

As a Senior Consultant in project management, you will support our clients in successfully navigating their digital transformation. You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and leave a significant impact within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with project management, architecture, product management, Scrum Master, and User Assistance teams to ensure smooth development processes.
2. Lead and operationalize rollout and enabling activities, ensuring successful implementation.
3. Communicate a clear project vision, discuss and explain it within the team, to colleagues and clients, fostering understanding and acceptance.
4. Motivate and inspire the team, creating a positive work environment that encourages discussion and creative solutions.
5. Work onsite at client locations, remotely from home, or at one of our offices, depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading project teams using agile or traditional methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, integrating their needs and requirements.
• Personal strengths include empathy, commitment, and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and a deep understanding of relevant industries.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) and their application in various contexts.
• Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel.
