Overview
In this role you will service and support customers in Frankfurt, focusing on UPS and 48V battery systems. You will perform maintenance, commissioning, testing, and on-site troubleshooting while ensuring timely completion and compliance with policy. You will be part of a regional service team, providing emergency standby and hands-on technical support. This is a practical, field-based position that shapes reliable electrical infrastructure for customers.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Maintenance and commissioning of UPS / 48V systems and battery systems at customer sites
- Testing system parameters; mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of malfunctions
- Documentation and timely realization of assignments
- Usage of all necessary tools within VERTIV policies
- Emergency standby within the region
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Vocational training as an electrician in electrical engineering or industrial engineering
- Practical experience with battery systems
- Willingness to travel within the supervised region, possibly overnight
- Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
- Driver's license category B
- Fluent German and English
