Overview
As Manager for Field Service Engineers, you lead a team delivering installation, maintenance, and repair of Vertiv and legacy equipment at customer sites across the EMEA region. You ensure operational excellence, safety, and high customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic oversight. You will collaborate with sales, technical support, and logistics to optimize service delivery and develop the team. This role offers impact by shaping field operations and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic tech environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and coach Field Service Engineers across designated territories
- Ensure timely, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services
- Drive team performance via KPIs and continuous improvement
- Maintain safety, policy, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics for seamless service delivery
- Foster strong customer relationships and act as escalation point
- Identify training needs and develop technical and soft skills
- Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing
