The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Role:
- Manage commercial delivery activities across HV, substation and associated civil works
- Support project commercial performance through quantity surveying and commercial management expertise
- Work closely with project teams to manage commercial requirements throughout delivery
- Provide commercial oversight across assigned project activities
- Apply M&E, MEP, civil engineering or infrastructure project experience to support successful outcomes
- Monitor project commercial processes, cost management and related reporting requirements
- Support the wider delivery team with commercially focused decision-making
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Requirements:
- Strong commercial background with experience in quantity surveying or commercial management
- Experience working within M&E, MEP, civil engineering, infrastructure or similar project environments
- Direct high-voltage or substation project experience is highly desirable
- Ability to manage commercial responsibilities within complex project delivery environments
- Strong understanding of project commercial processes and cost management
- Suitable for candidates with experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, Project Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial delivery role
