Vestas is looking for a Plant Technical Support Engineer, Specialist (m/f/d)!\*\* **Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Technical Operations North** Technical Operations is part of Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in the installation and maintenance of a variety of SCADA systems for the control of medium- and large-scale wind turbines. Our mission is to transform a group of wind turbines into a fully operational power plant that meets contractual and regional requirements. Our customers are mainly larger energy supply companies and professional investors. **Your tasks** As a Plant Operations Specialist, you are the technical anchor point for the entire department. You will report directly to the Director and contribute to the strategic and technical direction of the division. - Maintain an overview of new research and development (R&D) products and accompany their operational implementation - Actively support technical escalations and risks for our business - Be the point of contact for our four technical communities and ensure that initiatives are aligned and add value to the business - Actively engage stakeholders and participate in global and regional communities - Advise management on technical gaps, priorities, regional risks, etc. **Qualifications** We are looking for candidates with proven leadership experience in a technical environment. This position does not focus primarily on your technical expertise, but on your ability to identify synergies, align stakeholders around common goals, and steer the technical agenda in a way that adds value to the business.
