In this role, you'll merge technical expertise with commercial acumen to shape the future of our industry. Support offshore sales activities, take ownership of technical solutions, and engage in dynamic technical negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and correct responses to customer enquiries.
- Prepare clarifications and deviations to tenders.
- Direct technical negotiations together with the Sales team.
- Take full responsibility for the technical solution during the sales phase.
- Effectively supervise the technical value engineering of customer projects.
- Network to build relationships with key technical stakeholders in customers' organisations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market and customer business cases.
Qualifications
- Engineering background (Electrical, Mechanical or related) combined with commercial insight/interest.
- Experience in directing technical negotiations, ideally of heavy machinery or power plant equipment.
- Previous experience in wind energy or industrial plant environment would be beneficial.
- Fluency in business English both spoken and written; additional Scandinavian or European languages would be advantageous.

- Solid communication skills and prior experience interacting with a variety of technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Creative, organised and collaborative with proven experience in global and high-pressure tendering environments.
- Results-oriented, innovative in building a technical value proposition.
