Commercial Sales Manager (Service Sales Manager) w/m/d
Vestas is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our service business in the Central region (Benelux, Germany, Austria). This full‑time role focuses on the German market with offices in Rheine, Berlin, or Hamburg.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored service solutions to ensure long‑term satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on commercial service topics.
- Develop project‑specific offers and contracts for existing and new projects.
- Negotiate complex service and framework agreements independently.
- Identify and develop new service opportunities.
- Coordinate and harmonize service, service sales, and turbine sales activities.
Profile (Qualifications)
- Degree in technical or business studies.
- Experience in sales and account management of complex B2B investment goods or comparable service products.
- Experience in service or the wind industry.
- Effective negotiation skills and customer focus.
- Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English.
- Willingness to travel within the region (~20%).
