In this role, you will support the management and the company in its dynamic growth. Join our team and help shape the diagnostics of the future! We are looking for an Executive Assistant in Augsburg – available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination and organization of meetings, events, and business trips
• Project management in both local and international environments (support in planning and implementing projects)
• Administrative support for the team
• Preparation of analyses, reports, and presentations
• Participation in the company’s internal and external communication

Candidate profile:

• Experience in organizational roles and B2B communication
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel for business (approx. 2-3 days per month)
• Experience or interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an advantage
