Group ESG Reporting Specialist

pWe are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented ESG Reporting Specialist to strengthen ESG data governance and reporting across the Vetropack Group. In this role, you will coordinate the collection, validation, consolidation, and disclosure of ESG information, ensuring it is accurate, transparent, auditable, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. Working across Finance, Sustainability, Operations, Engineering, HR, Procurement, Legal, and other key functions, you will play a central role in enabling high-quality ESG reporting and supporting Vetropack’s sustainability ambitions. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ulliOwn and maintain Vetropack's ESG reporting framework, including reporting manuals, KPI catalogues, methodologies, policies, and data governance requirements /liliCoordinate ESG data collection, consolidation, quality reviews, and disclosure preparation across multiple countries and business functions /liliEnsure compliance with CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, and other relevant ESG reporting requirements /liliSupport the preparation of ESG disclosures, sustainability statements, annual reporting, and assurance activities /liliCoordinate ESG ratings and disclosures, including EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi, and external ESG information requests /liliPartner closely with Finance, Sustainability, Operations, Engineering, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Communications to ensure reporting consistency and data quality /liliMaintain audit trails, reporting controls, evidence repositories, and assurance-ready documentation /liliDrive continuous improvement of ESG reporting processes, systems, controls, and data management practices /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ulliDegree in Sustainability Management, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or another relevant field /liliProfessional experience in ESG reporting, sustainability reporting, corporate reporting, audit, finance, controlling, or related areas /liliGood understanding of CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ESG frameworks, and non-financial reporting requirements /liliExperience working with complex datasets, reporting tools, and data governance processes; SAP and Cognos knowledge is an advantage /liliBackground in a manufacturing environment or experience supporting multi-site organizations is considered a plus /liliStrong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities /liliAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions and geographies /liliFluent English with strong communication and organizational skills /li /ul h3Why this role? /h3 ulliOpportunity to play a key role in shaping ESG reporting and transparency across an international manufacturing group /liliHigh-impact position at the intersection of sustainability, finance, governance, and compliance /liliExposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration across multiple countries /liliContribute to Vetropack's sustainability journey and long-term value creation initiatives /liliDynamic and collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth /liliBe part of a company committed to sustainable packaging and the circular economy /li /ul h3Selection process /h3 pThe selection process will include a review of applications, interviews, and possibly assessments or presentations, as determined by the hiring team.
