The North Face EMEA is seeking a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead the DTC digital growth in EMEA from Stabio, Switzerland. You will shape the performance-marketing strategy across CRM, SEO, paid channels and shopping, collaborating with Brand and VF Central teams to drive activation and retention.
You will manage agency relationships, build data-driven dashboards, and own CRM/CDP programs to maximise loyalty growth, all while maintaining brand safety and privacy standards.
