For our Group-IT team, we are looking for a (Junior) IT-Service Desk Analyst (m/f/d) As part of our IT-Service Desk team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and support of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software and network components, ad hoc and remotely for our employees across Europe. Your goal is to ensure efficient, secure and trouble-free operation of local networks and computer systems by providing quality support to end users.
