Vice President (m/f/d) Product Management & Innovation
Member of the Management Team
Tasks
Strategic and operational responsibility for several business lines with a revenue >100 mio. Euros
Leadership and further development of an international team
Definition and implementation of the global product roadmap with focus on topics like AI, cyber security, edge computing, and software-driven innovation
Analysing of existing and new markets as well as current and future customers\‘ needs
Establishing of an innovation lab to foster customer-centric innovation
Member of the management team in the division
Requirements
Technical degree or degree in business administration with strong technical knowledge
Professional experience in market-oriented leadership positions with focus on strategy, portfolio development, sales and business development
Knowledge in the field of AI, cyber security, and/or edge computing
Empathetic leadership personality with conceptual strength and international exposure
Homeoffice in Germany or a neighbouring country
Availability for travelling, especially to Sweden
