SAP Architect (FICO) — S/4HANA Transformation

Vialtec GmbH is a Swiss IT consulting company based at Zurich Airport. We advise and support international enterprises on complex SAP, digital experience and data-driven transformation programs, combining hands‑on delivery expertise with senior architecture consulting. To strengthen the delivery of a group‑wide SAP S/4HANA transformation at one of our enterprise clients, we are looking for a senior SAP Architect (FICO) . The role As SAP FICO Architect you act as design authority for Finance act as technical owner of the overall ERP integration design Plan, coordinate and execute technical work packages with business and technical leads through to completion Develop functional specifications for custom development and provide functional support to the ABAP team Analyze root causes of defects and resolve them via configuration, SAP notes and recommended developments Run system integration testing and support users through UAT to production release Analyze existing business processes, identify best practices, and propose improvements for the finance systems roadmap Track project and production-support risks and issues; keep stakeholders updated on progress against SLAs Mentor and coach members of the SAP technical and business teams Must-haves Hands‑on S/4HANA configuration experience, release 1909 or later Deep FICO expertise with hands‑on configuration in General Ledger, Controlling, AR, AP, bank interfaces, Profitability Analysis, Tax and Treasury Good functional knowledge of SD and MM and their integration points with Finance Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or an IT‑related field Strong leadership and collaboration skills; able to communicate complex technical specifications clearly to clients and teams Willingness to work 100% onsite in Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work eligibility) Nice-to-haves Analysis for Office (AO), Fiori apps, BPC and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Experience in RAR and Lease Management SAP certifications Framework conditions Engagement via Vialtec GmbH (freelance B2B or Swiss employment, depending on setup) Apply Send your CV in English, earliest availability and rate expectation to info@vialtec.ch Vialtec GmbH · The Circle 6 · 8058 Zurich Airport · vialtec.ch #J-18808-Ljbffr
