Overview
In this role you drive the German immigration practice, managing complex client programs and cross-border compliance. You build long-term client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and lead multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver seamless immigration services. You will mentor a team of specialists and contribute to process improvements while ensuring high-quality client outcomes. This position offers influence across a global mobility platform and opportunities to shape a high-performing immigration advisory team.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and grow the German immigration practice through business development and cross-selling
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
- Lead RFPs, client pitches, and proposal development
- Speak at client seminars, webinars, and industry events
- Serve as trusted advisor and primary client contact
- Monitor immigration processes for a portfolio of clients
- Ensure compliance with German immigration requirements
- Oversee KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and profitability for engagements
- Manage VIP cases and deliver exceptional client service
- Recommend process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international offices
- Contribute to developing and leading a high-performing team
- Conduct risk management checks for new and ongoing clients
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years of German immigration law experience in corporate, professional services, or immigration service provider
- German Bar admission is an advantage but not required
- Strong technical knowledge of German immigration law and compliance
- Experience managing complex client relationships and large-scale immigration programs
- Proven business development and client relationship management experience
- Commercially minded with understanding of client needs, service delivery, and profitability
- Experience with multinational companies and international stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities; ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team leadership experience and ability to develop staff
- Ability to work in a demanding, client-focused setting
- Proficient German and English written and spoken communication
