YOUR CHALLENGES

• Operating and advancing Kubernetes Clusters
  You are responsible for the configuration, stability, and lifecycle management of our Kubernetes environments – from cluster updates and rolling upgrades to patch management. You always keep availability, scalability, and security in focus. You will also continuously develop a self-service virtualization environment based on Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD and automation that make an impact
  You implement and optimize our Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery workflows – e.g., using Jenkins or GitLab CI. Integrating code quality checks (e.g., SonarQube) and security scans is second nature to you.
• Monitoring & Observability – You spot issues before they escalate
  Using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, or the ELK stack, you implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions. You develop concepts for proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability.
• Infrastructure as code & cloud in focus
  Whether it’s Ansible or Terraform – you rely on Infrastructure as Code to operate our cloud and hybrid landscapes in a consistent and efficient manner. You’re also involved in building test and staging environments as well as cloud migrations.
• Security & compliance always in view
  You integrate security scans and compliance policies into our development and deployment processes (DevSecOps). In addition to participating in IT security and certification projects (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2), you ensure compliance requirements are met.
• Shaping a strong DevOps Culture
  Following the principle of “You build it, you run it,” you work closely with development and operations teams. You actively contribute to building a modern DevOps culture and collaborate with international colleagues.

STAND OUT WITH THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong technical foundation
  You have a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, along with relevant professional experience in the IT field.
• Container technologies? You’ve mastered them.
  You bring in-depth expertise in working with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud experience is a plus
  Ideally, you have experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP – or you’re eager to develop in this area.
• Automation is your thing
  You are confident using automation tools in DevOps environments, especially IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
• Monitoring & troubleshooting under control
  You detect issues before they escalate and know how to efficiently analyze and resolve errors in complex production environments.
• Analytical & service-Oriented
  You work analytically and with a strong service mindset, and you enjoy collaborating in agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills
  You have outstanding skills in moderating, presenting, and conveying complex technical topics clearly.
• You’re passionate about IT
