About The Job

Vice Golf is growing from a DTC challenger into a truly global omnichannel golf brand, and our international Retail Sales business is still only at the beginning of what is possible.

As Regional Sales Manager, you will own a mix of international markets.

You will work closely with distributors, agents and retail partners, help them grow Vice Golf and make sure good ideas actually turn into sales.

But this role is about much more than managing existing markets.

We want you to explore, test and build.

Depending on your personal superpower, you can develop a market directly, win new accounts, build a channel, improve how we work with partners or test a completely new route to market.

There is no finished playbook waiting for you.

You will have the freedom to try things, learn fast and build solutions with us.

This is a market-building role, not a coordination or account-maintenance role.

Your success will be measured by the opportunities you create, the decisions you drive and the commercial results you deliver.

  • Your Fairway
  • Own a mix of international markets and drive sales, margin and sustainable growth.
  • Create opportunities: win new accounts, develop partners and turn conversations into business.
  • Get into the market: visit customers with our partners, prospect accounts, lead sell-in meetings and represent Vice at trade shows, demo days and industry events.
  • Once your core markets are moving in the right direction, own additional growth projects based on your personal superpower.

This could include building DACH directly, developing Amazon EU as a new channel, testing new route-to-market models or turning your own ideas into business.

  • Make distributors and agents more successful: set priorities, provide tools and product knowledge, challenge performance and follow up until things happen.
  • Identify untapped potential in markets, accounts and channels and turn it into action.
  • Build strong, honest partner relationships while addressing gaps in performance, execution or commitment.
  • Use sales data and market insights to set priorities, build action plans and drive execution without waiting for detailed instructions.
  • Own forecasts and work with Purchasing and Operations to improve availability, reduce stock-outs and deliver successful launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Product, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Experience to remove roadblocks and keep projects moving.
  • If you see a problem, suggest a solution and help fix it, do not simply pass it on.
  • Use CRM, Shopify B2B, AI and automation to reduce manual work and build scalable processes. Turn successful ideas, tools and market approaches into playbooks for other markets.
  • Your Scorecard
  • At least two years of experience in sales, business development, key account management or another commercial role.
  • Evidence that you have personally created measurable growth, by winning customers, developing a territory, expanding distribution, building partnerships or launching a new sales approach.

Be ready to explain your contribution, actions and commercial result.

  • Experience with retail customers. Exposure to distributors, agents, marketplaces or international markets is helpful, but not essential if you learn quickly.
  • A solid understanding of targets, margins, forecasting, sales planning and pipeline management.
  • Confidence with numbers and Excel or Google Sheets; you find the story behind the data and turn it into clear next steps.
  • Curiosity for technology and new ways of working. CRM, ERP, Shopify B2B, BI, AI or automation experience is a plus; actively using and learning these tools matters more.
  • Clear presentation, negotiation and communication skills across customers, and partners.
  • Fluent German and English. Additional languages and golf-industry knowledge are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
  • How you work
  • You are a hunter and builder. You enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities and building something new, not just maintaining existing business.
  • You take ownership and follow through. You define next steps, communicate risks early and stay on the topic until there is a result.
  • You are hands-on and solution oriented. You see the bigger picture but are equally willing to make the call, visit the customer or fix an operational issue.
  • You are commercially driven. You focus on stronger partnerships, better execution and measurable sales growth, not activity alone.
  • You think like an entrepreneur. You balance customers, revenue, margin, inventory and brand impact to make pragmatic decisions.
  • You lead without authority. You can influence, motivate and challenge distributors, agents and internal teams.
  • You thrive in a scale-up environment. You adapt quickly, ask for feedback and collaborate openly without waiting for perfect structures or becoming dependent on the team.
  • Our Clubhouse
  • We embrace diversity and innovation. Our motley team comes from all backgrounds and perspectives, united by fresh and bold ideas.
  • Taking ownership from day one. Our ambitious vision relies on every individual stepping up to bring Vice Golf to the next level.
  • Make your work hours fit your life. Flexible work arrangements and remote work options cater to your work-life balance.
  • Grow with us. We place great emphasis on your personal development, where you benefit from not only regular performance feedback but also an annual training budget.
  • Escape the routine. Within the EU, you’re free to choose your workspace for two weeks a year.
  • Stay active. We’re invested in your well-being, subsidizing EGYM Wellpass so you can train for only 30 € a month.
  • Enjoy! Fuel your day with a varied selection of fresh meals and snacks from our Foodji.
  • Secure your (far) future! While retirement might seem distant to you, we’ve got you covered with options to enroll in our corporate pension plan.
  • Work hard play hard. Work on your golf skills and refine your swing on the state-of-the-art golf simulator and putting green in our office.
  • Enjoy the open bar. Have some Afterwork drinks on our rooftop while enjoying the view of the Alps.
