On our AI-powered SaaS platform, freelance experts join forces as Vicos, complemented by AI agents as productive team members. Vicos operate like real companies and successfully compete for large enterprise projects. 100+ Vicos already work for customers such as BASF, Siemens and Zeiss, and consultancies such as Accenture and Roland Berger.
Задачи:
Position Vicoland with enterprise customers and partners as an alternative to traditional consulting. Conduct customer conversations, identify cross-selling and upselling potential, and maintain the CRM. Implement marketing measures: LinkedIn, website, outreach campaigns. Source and screen experts, and coordinate them through the staffing process. Onboard Vico leads and support them during delivery. Create Vico profiles and positioning materials. Actively use AI tools (research, outreach, content) and use Vicoland's AI features in customer work.
Требования:
- Completed university degree.
- 2 years of experience in business development, consulting, or sales.
- C2-level German and fluent English—mandatory.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to work.
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to actively use new tools.
