Our offer to you: Vico Group Director – a role that accelerates our growth by providing entrepreneurial guidance and mentoring to high‑performing Vicos. As Vico Group Director you will lead and grow a group of Vicos, starting with approximately 10 Vicos that serve enterprise clients and comprise several hundred experienced professionals. You will work directly with the Vico Leads, acting as an entrepreneur leading entrepreneurs and ensuring Vicos are strategically positioned and deliver excellence in execution. Tasks Lead your Vico Group strategically: establish playbooks that standardise scaling SAP delivery; define the evolution of the Vico Group’s services range (S/4HANA, BTP, FI/CO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.) with Vico Leads and our Sales team; spearhead the introduction of AI‑powered agentic Vico members with support from our Product team. Fully exploit the Vicoland growth potential through operational excellence: support Vico Leads in appropriate staffing with our Recruiting team; guide Vico Leads toward excellence in project execution and client interaction; ensure Vicos make best use of our platform; monitor compliance with our rules. Lead one flagship Vico yourself: create an exemplary model for the group; coordinate with the flagship Vico’s project managers to maintain sufficient managerial bandwidth; position yourself as a thought leader through content, events and community engagement. SAP expertise – broad competence with deep knowledge in at least one domain.
