Victory is renowned for its high-quality products and dedication to excellence in the pressurized gas and fire extinguisher sectors. We are now looking to expand our presence across Europe and drive significant business growth based from our facility in Dusseldorf.Position OverviewThe role will be responsible for driving sales, developing new markets, and expanding Victory\'s footprint across Europe. Prior experience in the sector is not required, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and operational business activities and will bring a track record of successful business development in European markets.This role demands a driven, strategic, and experienced sales professional who thrives in a competitive market and is capable of building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be a critical part of Victory\'s growth strategy, working closely with the leadership team to ensure that our goals are met across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for daily business operations of the German entityCoordination and prioritization across administration, sales activities and warehouse operationsEnsuring smooth end-to-end processes from order intake to delivery and invoicingActing as the central operational contact for internal and external stakeholdersManagement of ERP, inventory and order processing systemsCoordination of internal documentation, processes and operational complianceManagement and support of existing EU B2B customersCustomer visits as required mainly in DACHParticipation in trade fairs and industry events within the EUCoordination with international suppliers and manufacturing facilitiesWarehouse & Logistics Oversight and operational leadership of the Warehouse OperatorInventory planning, stock monitoring and replenishment coordinationCoordination of logistics partners and freight forwardersHands-on support in the warehouse during peak periods, inventories or audits if requiredRequired Skills and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of sales experience in the gas cylinder, valve, or similar hardware manufacturing sector.Proven track record of driving business development and opening new markets across multiple European countries.Strong technical sales back ground in a relevant hardware sector.Fluent in German, English (required); proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., Italian, French, Spanish) is a significant advantage.Ability to travel extensively across Europe as needed.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Preferred QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.Experience in working with B2B clients and large industrial customers.A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.What We OfferCompetitive salary and commission structure.Opportunity to lead and shape Victory International\'s business growth across Europe.A dynamic and supportive work environment within a long-established and respected company.Extensive travel opportunities and professional growth.If you are an experienced sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a growing company, we would love to hear from you.To apply, please send your CV including current salary requirements and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to
