Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) im First Level Inhouse IT Support (2–3 Tage/Woche im Büro) für unseren Standort in Limburg.

Als Teil unseres globalen Helpdesk-Teams unterstützt du deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei IT-Fragen und sorgst dafür, dass ihre Arbeitsmittel zuverlässig, sicher und auf dem neuesten Stand sind. Außerdem bist du für den Austausch, die Installation und Wartung von Client-PCs zuständig.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

• Bereitstellung und Übergabe von Computerhardware an User
• Annahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen über unser Ticketsystem
• Weiterleitung komplexerer Anfragen (L2/L3) an die zuständigen Supporteinheiten
• Austausch, Installation und Wartung von Client-PCs

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) in First Level Inhouse IT Support (2–3 days/week on-site) to join us at our Limburg location as soon as possible.

As part of our global helpdesk team, you will support your colleagues with IT-related questions and ensure their work equipment is reliable, secure, and up to date. You will also be responsible for the replacement, installation, and maintenance of client PCs.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing and handing over computer hardware to users
• Receiving and processing support requests via our ticket system
• Forwarding more complex requests (L2/L3) to the appropriate support units
• Replacing, installing, and maintaining client PCs

Your profile:

• Interest in IT topics and motivation to learn new things
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Reliable, structured way of working and a strong team spirit
