Responsibilities
Conduct capital market analyses, evaluate investment ideas, and formulate investment recommendations.
Participate in and lead strategic projects within the Group.
Coordinate investment and risk strategies with individual VIG companies.
Contribute to the strategic development of VIG’s asset management.
Coordinate and facilitate regular dialogue with VIG companies, and chair investment meetings.
Qualifications
Completed degree with a specialization in business, finance, economics, or financial mathematics.
Several years of professional experience in asset management, portfolio management, or the capital markets sector, ideally in the CEE region.
In-depth knowledge of capital market instruments, portfolio management, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in private markets is desirable.
CEFA/CIIA or CFA is an advantage.
Analytical, solution-oriented individual with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Very good command of German and English; knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage.

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 4,032.47 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview. This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
