Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and product owners to build group-wide data, ML, GenAI, and BI solutions Design, build, and operate data pipelines on Databricks using Python and Lakeflow (Pipelines, Jobs/Workflows) Use Azure Data Factory and Azure services for data ingestion, orchestration, and backend integration Implement and operate CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and environment management Standardize and improve release, deployment, and operations across DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and DevOps Ensure monitoring, logging, security, access control, and cost/performance optimization in production Degree in Computer Science, Data/Cloud Engineering, or comparable practical experience 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud, platform, or data engineering with a focus on production grade data solutions Strong expertise in Databricks (Python, Spark, Lakehouse) and building and operating data pipelines Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, as well as Azure services including Data Factory and BI tools (Power BI, Fabric) DataOps mindset with focus on testing, versioning, observability, and reliable operations Excellent communication & teamwork, independent and solution oriented working style, very good English; German is a plus Benefits may vary between VIG companies Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR3,668.49 gross on the basis of full time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market compliant.
