Support in the planning process of profit and loss as well as IT‑costs at service‑level Support the monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing process Enhance and maintain reporting systems, particularly for IT services including contribution margin and plan‑actual comparisons Enhance reports for Management and other stakeholders Collaborate with the relevant departments of VIG Holding on annual service pricing and billing to the group’s CEE companies Contribute to group‑wide IT billing processes, including data preparation, invoice issuance, and process improvements Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Strong knowledge of reporting, invoicing and budgeting processes Experience with standard IT finance and controlling software (e.g., SAP FI CO, SAP CO PS, SAP BW, SAP SAC, SAP SD, ServiceNow); advanced MS Excel skills Ideally, experience in regulated industries or in the insurance sector Structured and team‑oriented working style, strong initiative, and a hands‑on mentality Precise work ethics and strong presentation and facilitation skills Commitment and motivation to drive changes, a confident demeanor, and resilience Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional CEE languages are an advantage Benefits may vary between VIG companies The annual gross salary (full‑time) for the position is at least EUR 56.854,-.
