Your Tasks
Ongoing analysis and interpretation of regulatory, legal, and internal requirements in the IT, insurance, and governance environment
Translation of regulatory requirements into concrete governance, risk, and compliance measures
Support and functional coordination of governance-related topics in close collaboration with functions such as:
CISO / Information Security
IT Service Management
Data Protection
BCM / Operational Resilience
Internal Control System (ICS)
Governance Framework & Policies
(Further) development, maintenance, and implementation of internal and group-wide policies, standards, and governance processes
Ensuring compliance, transparency, and auditability across relevant governance areas
Corporate Governance & Board Support
Handling corporate law matters (“corporate housekeeping”), including support of corporate bodies
Preparation and follow-up of board and committee meetings at company and group level
Support and implementation of corporate law measures and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements
Management Support
Preparation of decision‑making materials and presentations for the management
Completed degree, preferably in Business Law, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Proven professional experience in IT governance, compliance, policy management or corporate governance, ideally within a corporate or group environment
Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. in financial services or insurance)
Governance‑related certifications such as COBIT, ITIL or ISO are an advantage
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a clear understanding of governance as an enabler for transformation and innovation
High level of ownership, strong execution capabilities and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and target‑group‑oriented manner
Structured and analytical working style with strong communication and implementation skills and a high level of quality awareness
Very good German and English skills; any other CEE language is a plus

The annual gross salary (full‑time) for the position is at least EUR 53.802,- . Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we’re happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications. This full‑time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
