The Mission Prototype First, Document Later
This is a role for a disruptor who prefers building to meeting. You will work across digital products to identify friction points and leapfrog them using modern tools.
Rapid Prototyping:
Use AI-driven tools and low-code environments to build "smoke tests" and functional prototypes in days.
High-Velocity Change:
Drive the "What" and the "Why" of new features, ensuring digital portals stay years ahead of the market.
Risk-Taking:
You have a license to experiment. Fast failures lead to breakthrough successes.
Engineering Handover:
Once you’ve proven a feature works via prototype, you will collaborate with Engineering to bring it to life at scale.
Who You Are
Startup DNA:
You likely come from an elite startup, a delivery tech giant, or a high-growth scale-up environment.
Tech-Fluent & Geeky:
You are comfortable using LLMs, AI automation, and modern tech stacks to validate ideas quickly.
Industry Agnostic:
Experience in finance is not required. We value your ability to move fast and think differently over banking tradition.
